Even on the home page a sign of exclamation keeps on appearing. Since it is altogether impossible to reach their Customer Support people on phone, the App is totally useless in providing solutions to your problems. I use paytm a lot and I love it.

There are many times, I am in a line to buy something, open paytm to scan and it takes way too long before I can click pay. It shows many notifications to link my bank, loads all the offers and what not and feels very sluggish.

This ruins the the otherwise great experience of instance payment that paytm offers. The product might be ok but the customer service is the absolute worst. I wish I could give them negative stars. They take ages to respond, and when they do, they just blurt out the process steps without coming to a solution or understanding my problems. This company is a perfect representation of yesteryear government babu-like employees who are lazy, do not like to work, will not help the customer at any cost, take no pride in their work, and live ordinary lives.

Give it years, and they will all be replaced by bots, and they will be out on the streets. I absolutely hate this company from the bottom of my heart and wish for its downfall.
